Common Setup Issues
1. When I try to go to one of the ASP pages in my browser, it just hangs and stops working.
If you have an anti-virus program, such as Norton, installed it can sometimes stop web applications from running.
To disable Norton AntiVirus Script Blocking:
1. Start Norton AntiVirus.
2. Click Options. If a menu appears when you click Options, then click Norton AntiVirus. The Options for Norton AntiVirus dialog box appears.
3. Click Script Blocking.
4. Uncheck "Enable Script Blocking (recommended)."
5. Click OK.
To disable Mc Afee Script Blocking:

Start Mc Afee Anti Virus
-
Goto Mc Afee ->Configure ->ActiveShield ->Advanced ->Exploits
-
Uncheck 'Enable ScriptStopper

2. I am getting database errors that say I can't update the database
You may not have set read/write permissons for the database folder correctly. Please review the permissions section in our Quickstart Guide for more information on setting up permissions correctly.
